What makes this different from a lead list?

A list tells you who already exists. We tell you who’s coming: new offices, clinics, stores and restaurants that are still being built. Hundreds of new projects across DFW are screened every month, and you get the handful worth a visit, with the space type, size and stage on every lead.

Where do the leads come from?

Official records on commercial construction across DFW, checked every weekday. We don’t buy lists, we don’t guess, and we never include personal information. Every subscriber lead carries a record reference, so you can verify it.

How early do I hear about a space?

Usually months before opening day. Our earliest leads reach you while the plans are still in review, and most arrive while the build-out is underway, well before a sign goes up.

Which areas do you cover?

Fort Worth, and Collin County cities including Frisco, Plano, Celina, Allen, Prosper and Melissa. Arlington and Irving are next. Dallas and McKinney aren’t covered yet, so join the waitlist below and tell us where you work.

What do you leave out?

Repair-only work, warehouses and storage, auto shops, residential projects, and clinical areas inside hospitals, which use in-house cleaning. Spaces with no tenant named are labeled, so you can decide if they’re worth a visit.

Do leads include phone numbers or contact names?

No. Each lead gives you the business or project name, the address, square footage, space type, stage and a record reference. That’s enough to visit the site, ask for the general contractor, or look up the tenant. We don’t sell personal information.

Why limit each territory to 15 companies?

Every subscriber in an area sees the same leads. A lead shared with 15 companies is worth far more than one shared with 100. Territory Partners are limited to 3 per area for the same reason.

What does it cost after the founding period?

Founding members pay nothing until January 22, 2027. After that they keep 30% off any plan, so $69 a month for Local or $245 for Territory Partner, plus Texas sales tax, for as long as they stay subscribed. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan, and Local cancels any time.

What is Door Opener?

Our top plan, by application. For each new lead, we introduce your company to the builder and to the incoming tenant by email and a printed welcome letter, in your company’s name and only with your approval. Replies come straight to you. Each lead is introduced for one Door Opener member only, and we focus on businesses that choose their own local cleaning crew. Pilot seats open in Fort Worth first.

Is this a bid service? Do you guarantee contracts?

No. We show you new spaces early, and winning the work is up to you. What we do guarantee is volume: at least 10 relevant leads in your first 30 days on a paid plan, or your second month is free.
