Terms of service

These terms apply to The Early Cleaner, a service of Now Arriving LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By signing up, you agree to them.

The service

We send information about new commercial build-outs, drawn from official records. It is information to help you find work. It is not a bid service, and we don’t guarantee that you’ll win any job or contract.

Accuracy

Records can be incomplete, late or wrong, and projects can change or be canceled. Verify each lead before acting on it.

How you may use the leads

  • Use them for your own company’s sales. Don’t resell, republish or share them outside your company.
  • Follow the law when you contact a business, including the federal CAN-SPAM Act and Texas telemarketing rules on calls and texts.

Plans, billing and cancellation

  • Plans are priced per territory, plus Texas sales tax.
  • Local is month to month and can be cancelled at any time. Territory Partner has a 3-month minimum, then continues month to month.
  • Founding members pay nothing until January 22, 2027, and keep 30% off any plan they choose for as long as they stay continuously subscribed.
  • If a paid plan delivers fewer than 10 relevant leads in its first 30 days, your second month is free.
  • Each territory is limited to 15 companies and 3 Territory Partners, so we may place new signups on a waitlist.

Limits on our liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we’ll email subscribers before it takes effect.
