Privacy notice
The Early Cleaner is a service of Now Arriving LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This notice explains what we collect when you use earlycleaner.com and our emails, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you enter in our signup form: your work email, company name, and optionally your name and phone number, the area you work in, the plan you’re interested in and the kind of work you want.
- Basic technical information our hosting provider records when you visit or submit a form, such as your country and browser type.
- Emails you send us.
This site doesn’t use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
How we use it
- To set up and send your leads, the monthly Top 10 list, and updates about the service.
- To answer your questions and run the founding member program.
- To understand what’s useful so we can improve the service.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the service, such as our website host and email delivery provider, and only so they can do that work for us.
About the lead data
Our leads describe new commercial construction projects and come from official records. We include business names, addresses, square footage, descriptions and record details. We leave out the names and phone numbers of individual people.
Your choices
- Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
- To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@earlycleaner.com.
Keeping your information
We keep your information while you’re subscribed or on a list, and afterward only as long as we need it for our records.
